This listing has a few items in it. Firstly and mainly, a 3D printed adapter that allows you to use your own steering wheel with a Thrustmaster Servo Base that supports the wheels being changed. I sell these with a 6-pin mini DIN connector that would allow you to also add your own buttons. I have used these adapters and connectors to make my custom steering wheels. I also sell a ring that slides over the collar of the wheel base to make it easier to turn the collar.
